Calidum is the fortified wine by Villa Torrigiani, produced mainly from Malvasia grapes. Aromatic, warm and enveloping, it is designed to accompany moments of pleasure and conviviality. Its elegant structure and intense bouquet make it perfect in combination with desserts, dry pastries and blue cheeses.
On the nose it releases sweet, floral and fruity notes, with an aromatic profile that recalls withered flowers, honey and candied fruit. The sip is soft, warm and persistent, with a velvety finish that expresses all the nobility of the grapes and the Tuscan liqueur tradition.
Ideal at the end of a meal, it is perfect with dry biscuits, almond pastries, tarts and mature cheeses.
