Belvedere Super Tuscan
TOSCANA I.G.T. - MERLOT
The Merlot Super Tuscan IGT Villa Torrigiani, from the Belvedere line, is made from a blend of 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from select vineyards. After fermentation at a controlled temperature, the wine ages for 16–18 months in French oak barriques, followed by 12 months in large barrels, and finally rests for at least 12 months in bottle.
It is a deep, intense red with purple reflections. The bouquet is ethereal, with spicy, fruity, and sweet notes typical of Merlot. On the palate, it is full- bodied and velvety, with a persistent, harmonious finish, rich in nuances.
Ideal when paired with tasty appetizers, grilled meats, stewed game and mature cheeses.
