TOSCANA I.G.T. - SYRAH
The Syrah Toscano IGT Villa Torrigiani, under the Cortinova label, is a 100% Syrah wine that powerfully expresses the grape's identity in the Tuscan terroir. Fermented at a controlled temperature with a long maceration (20–22 days), it ages for 6 months in French oak barriques, followed by maturation in steel and bottle aging.
It has an intense ruby red color, with aromas of red fruits, raspberries, blackberries, and varietal spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied and soft, with elegant tannins and a rich, persistent aftertaste.
Ideal with stuffed pasta, duck ragù, pigeon risotto, mixed boiled meats, grilled meats and pork stew with apples.
